Pintanna Plantation is a group of individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on our country. Our unwavering commitment to bringing positivity is what motivates us. Our esteemed Chairman, Deshabandu Kumar Darmasena, together with his family, alongside MR Sugandha Pranandu and his family, generously contributed funds towards the construction of a Buddha statue and we had the privilege to participate in the opening ceremony at Anuradhapura which was a momentous occasion that filled us with hope and inspiration.
On December 23rd, 2023, we went to the historic city of Anuradhapura to witness the unveiling of a Buddha statue. The ceremony was truly inspiring, featuring a beautiful Perahera, and Sri Lanka's traditional culture was showcased magnificently near Abhaya Lake in Anuradhapura.
The "Sri Abhaya Viharaya and Bhawana Center" was the venue for this occasion, and the event was made possible with the guidance of Medagiriye Sumedha Thero. Members of Pintanna Family, including Chairman Kumara Dharmasena, Executive Directress Dushanthi Dharmasena, Executive Director Kavishka Dharmasena, and management staff, participated in this momentous ceremony.
